	Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily living activities. This role is suited for someone passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, ensuring their well-being, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
 - Support with mobility issues, including transfers and using aids and appliances.
 - Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning.
 - Facilitate medication management under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
 - Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities and social interactions.
 - Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
 - Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behaviour, and needs to the care team.
 - Work collaboratively with other care professionals and family members to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
 
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
 - Previous experience in a caring role is advantageous, whether in a professional or personal capacity.
 - A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle can be beneficial for roles requiring travel.
 - Undergo and clear necessary background checks, including an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts, may be required.
