James has more than 25 years of experience in the business world. He has built a diverse store of experience, working in everything from e-commerce and finance to the technology and healthcare sectors. He has exceptional management and financial skills.
He earned his BSc in Business Management at the University of Plymouth, and his MSc in International Corporate Finance from the University of Salford. He also boasts advanced qualifications in technology and finance.
James’ ultimate responsibility is keeping Brand Healthcare running smoothly. We are a regulated business, of course, and James makes sure we are in full compliance with all policies as prescribed by the regulator, and that the best standards of care are delivered to everyone who uses our service. James leverages his many years of business expertise by implementing electronic call monitoring and managing staff attendance, care deliveries and medication. He also manages the human resources and accounting aspects of the business.
James is also Brand Healthcare’s Contract Manager, working with the different London boroughs and NHS frameworks, dealing with operational questions and making sure that the expectations of the contracting bodies as to the company’s care deliveries are met. James is very passionate about the quality of care that the company provides, so he offers support to every individual who is involved in the delivery of care to our service users.
