We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily living activities. This role is suited for someone passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, ensuring their well-being, dignity, and independence.

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Support with mobility issues, including transfers and using aids and appliances.
  • Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning.
  • Facilitate medication management under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities and social interactions.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behaviour, and needs to the care team.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals and family members to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a caring role is advantageous, whether in a professional or personal capacity.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle can be beneficial for roles requiring travel.
  • Undergo and clear necessary background checks, including an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
  • Compassion and a genuine interest in supporting others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Able to record and report well detailed care notes for every care calls.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good level of spoken and written English

  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts, may be required.
  • The role may involve working with clients who have challenging behaviours or complex needs.
